Biography

Rosalyn A. Jamili, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Christy, Keith & Donnell Family Law Group, P.C., where she focuses on high-conflict custody litigation, domestic violence restraining orders, and complex financial disputes involving property characterization, support analysis, and reimbursement claims. With over two decades of legal experience spanning judicial research, in-house tribal counsel, and managing attorney roles, Ms. Jamili is known for her strategic clarity, precise legal writing, and unwavering advocacy in the face of complex legal challenges, difficult personalities, and, at times, high conflict proceedings.

Ms. Jamili began her legal career behind the scenes, clerking for judges and supporting attorneys in and out of courtrooms long before becoming one herself. As a former judicial research assistant to the Supervising Judge of the San Francisco Unified Family Court, she developed a reputation for seeing both the letter and the spirit of the law. Her work continues to be grounded in empathy, client education, and a commitment to trauma-informed, culturally aware advocacy.

She has appeared in dozens of contested hearings, trials, and settlement conferences across the Bay Area and Central Valley, handling matters involving coercive control, international assets, post-separation financial abuse, and parenting plans complicated by mental health or high-conflict dynamics. A skilled negotiator and relentless litigator, Ms. Jamili also brings a strong settlement orientation when it serves the client’s long-term goals.

Before joining Christy, Keith & Donnell, Ms. Jamili held leadership and litigation roles at family law firms throughout Northern and Central California, as well as serving as in-house counsel to a tribal government.

Ms. Jamili holds a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she earned multiple writing awards and served as Executive Comment Editor for the Law Review. She is a two-time Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Star, a former Chair of the Fresno County Bar Association Family Law Section, and a dedicated mentor in the legal community.

Outside of the office, Ms. Jamili enjoys weightlifting before sunrise, long walks with her German Shepherd Cleopatra, and parenting her spirited daughters with humor, heart, and high standards. She is a fierce advocate for resilience, equity, and second chances both in the courtroom and in life.
